Delete a specific comment from a Jira issue. This calls the Jira REST API endpoint to remove the comment identified by commentId from the issue identified by issueIdOrKey. The request is performed against the configured orgDomain (settings.orgDomain). Deleting a comment is destructive; the operation is idempotent (repeating a successful delete has no additional effect).
