We're looking for an Office Manager to be the operational backbone of Webrix. What You'll Do

Own the day-to-day operations of our Israel office – from logistics and facilities to vendor management.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and workspace to keep everything running smoothly.

Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for the team.
- •
Support HR operations – onboarding new hires, maintaining records, and helping build our culture.
- •
Handle administrative tasks with precision and follow-through.
- •
Identify inefficiencies and propose better ways of doing things – we want you to think big.
- •
Partner with leadership on operational projects as we scale.
What We're Looking For
- •
2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or executive assistance.
- •
Fluent English – written and spoken. You'll communicate with US-based team members and partners regularly.
- •
Highly organized with strong attention to detail – nothing slips through the cracks.
- •
Proactive mindset – you see what needs to be done and do it without being asked.
- •
Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- •
Positive energy and a can-do attitude – startups move fast and things change.
- •
Ambition to grow – this role can evolve into broader operations as we scale.
