We're looking for a Founding Engineer to help build Webrix from the ground up. This is a role for a senior, well-rounded engineer who ships fast, sweats the details, and knows how to leverage AI tools to maximize output. You'll own large pieces of the product and work directly with founders to shape what we build.
What You'll Do

Build end-to-end – from backend infrastructure to frontend interfaces. You're comfortable across the stack.

Own features from idea to production – scoping, building, shipping, and iterating based on customer feedback.

Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and translate them into product.

Harness AI coding agents and tools to move faster – we expect you to 10x your throughput, not work 10x the hours.

Make architectural decisions that scale – we're building infrastructure that enterprises depend on.

Collaborate closely with a small, senior team where your voice shapes the product direction.
What We're Looking For
- •
5+ years of software engineering experience, with time spent at B2B and/or B2C software companies.
- •
Full-stack capabilities – you can build APIs, ship frontend, and reason about infrastructure.
- •
Proficiency with AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) – you already use them to move faster.
- •
Strong attention to detail – in code quality, UX, and everything you ship.
- •
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments – you don't wait for specs, you help write them.
- •
Product intuition – you care about why you're building, not just how.
- •
Hunger to build something big – this isn't a 9-to-5 role, it's a founding opportunity.
