We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale our go-to-market efforts. This is a founding role where you'll build the marketing function from scratch – shaping how the world's largest enterprises discover, understand, and adopt AI agent governance.
What You'll Do

Own the full marketing stack – from brand and positioning to demand generation and product marketing.

Build and execute campaigns that drive pipeline for enterprise accounts (500+ employees).
- •
Develop compelling narratives that translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for CISOs, security teams, and AI adoption leaders.
- •
Create sales enablement materials, product content, and thought leadership that positions Webrix as the category leader.
- •
Partner closely with sales to align messaging, support deals, and accelerate the buyer journey.
- •
Establish our presence at industry events, in analyst conversations, and across digital channels.
What We're Looking For
- •
5+ years in B2B marketing, with significant experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- •
Track record of building marketing at early-stage startups or leading product/corporate marketing at growth-stage companies.
- •
Deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey – you've marketed to CISOs, security teams, and technical decision-makers.
- •
Strong content instincts – you can write compelling copy and know what resonates with technical audiences.
- •
Experience with sales enablement and working hand-in-hand with sales teams.
- •
Comfortable operating as both strategist and executor – you'll build the plane while flying it.
