We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work hand-in-hand with our enterprise customers — from initial deployment to full-scale AI adoption. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll be the person on the ground making sure Webrix delivers real value, fast.
What You'll Do

Deploy and integrate Webrix into complex enterprise environments — identity systems, SaaS tools, internal platforms, and everything in between.

Be the trusted technical partner for customers — understand their stack, their constraints, and their goals.

Translate customer needs into product insights — you're the bridge between what customers need and what we build next.
- •
Drive AI adoption strategy with security and IT leaders — help them move from pilot to production confidently.
- •
Build tooling, scripts, and integrations that accelerate deployments and unblock customers.
- •
Collaborate closely with engineering and product to ship improvements informed by what you see in the field.
What We're Looking For

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role — solutions engineering, professional services, forward deployed engineering, or similar.
- •
Strong engineering fundamentals — you can read and write code, debug production issues, and reason about distributed systems.
- •
Product instincts — you think beyond the ticket and see the bigger picture of what the customer is trying to achieve.
- •
Entrepreneurial mindset — you operate with urgency, take ownership, and don't wait to be told what to do.
- •
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills — written and verbal. You'll be presenting to technical leaders regularly.
- •
Deep empathy for the customer — you genuinely care about their success and will go the extra mile to deliver it.

Passionate about AI — you follow the latest trends, understand the landscape, and get excited about where it's heading.
