We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure that powers Webrix. This is a role for someone who loves automation, thinks in systems, and takes pride in reliability. You'll build the platform that lets us ship fast while keeping enterprise customers secure and happy.
What You'll Do

Own our cloud infrastructure – design, build, and maintain the systems that run Webrix in production.

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines – fast, reliable deployments are a competitive advantage.

Implement infrastructure as code – Terraform, Kubernetes, and whatever gets the job done right.
- •
Monitor, alert, and respond – build observability into everything and keep our systems healthy.
- •
Security-first mindset – work with security teams to harden our infrastructure and meet enterprise compliance requirements.
- •
Scale our platform – as we grow, you'll ensure our infrastructure grows with us efficiently.
- •
Automate relentlessly – if you do something twice, script it. If you script it twice, productize it.
What We're Looking For
- •
4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- •
Deep expertise with cloud platforms – AWS or GCP, including networking, compute, and managed services.
- •
Strong experience with Kubernetes – you've deployed, scaled, and debugged production clusters.
- •
Infrastructure as code proficiency – Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools.
- •
CI/CD expertise – GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent. You've built pipelines that teams love.
- •
Monitoring and observability skills – Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar stacks.
- •
Security awareness – you understand IAM, network security, and compliance basics.
- •
Scripting skills – Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
